Once you have decided you want to audit with Topaz and paper work has been completed an implementation call will be scheduled between you and your travel management company. On this call the questionnaires which you and your travel management company have filled out will be reviewed for accuracy.
All of the parameters of the audit will be discussed and agreed upon.
Throughout the audit process our operations team will audit each PNR individually or according to the sampling agreed upon. If an error is found the PNR will be queued back to the agency who will have the opportunity to rebook the PNR. (This step will vary during a blind audit.)
Each month you will receive reports which document errors found during the audit, your agencies percentage score, as well as benchmarking data comparing your travel spend with others in the industry.
