The program audit is a comprehensive analysis of your travel program that provides you with a tangible assessment that you can use towards making future improvements. By looking at all facets of your travel program, you can make changes that will yield service improvements and cost savings. Performed by our president, Brad has experience as both a travel manager and agency executive that will leverage his years in the industry to bring you an unbiased performance review.

The review of the program begins with an assessment of the current state of your travel program, all within the context of your corporate culture. This ensures we do not make recommendations that may not fit with your culture – and waste your time. We will customize this audit to ensure we integrate your requirements into our process, and make sure that we meet your goals. As part of the audit we will look at the following areas: Travel Policy, Payment Policy, Expense Reporting Procedures, Fraud Procedures, Security and Safety Guidelines, Meeting Planning Procedures, Agency Agreements, Airline Agreements, Hotel Programs, Car Rental Policies and Agreements, Additional Ground Transportation Guidelines, Online Agreements and any other mutually agreed to areas.

Following the assessment phase, the review of your program begins. This is where we apply our 30 years of experience and active participation in the industry to determine what opportunities exist in your travel program. In addition, we always try to provide relevant benchmarks so that you have comparisons from which you can draw effective conclusions to implement the changes. All of the findings will be presented to you in a comprehensive report so you have a written summary of the findings and recommendations.
