Topaz is a small company comprised of individuals who have worked many years in the business travel industry. We have over 300 years of combined experience with reservations, operations and leadership roles, and are completely dedicated to meeting our customers’ needs and achieving their satisfaction.
Auditing Team
Our auditing team is made up of former business travel agents who have worked for many years in business travel all over the world. They have worked in the largest travel agencies and have countless hours of experience and dedication to understanding travel and airfares. Each year they receive recurrent training to ensure they are up-to-date on the latest IATA fare construction rules and regulations as well as the most current changes in the reservation systems to ensure our customers receive the best service possible.
Bradley Seitz
Brad has over thirty years of diversified business experience, most recently the past fifteen years in corporate travel management. In his current role as Owner, President and CEO for Topaz International, he has the unique role of being able to assess both the corporate side and the supplier side of the business travel industry as an independent third party. He began his corporate travel career at Xerox Corporation in the Corporate Travel Department, and served in global client and operation roles at Carlson Wagonlit Travel and Rosenbluth International (absorbed by American Express Travel).
Brad has an undergraduate degree in Finance from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts and a Masters in Business Administration from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. He has served in leadership roles at the Association of Corporate Travel Executives and is an active member of both ACTE and the National Business Travel Association. He has attended and completed certificate programs at The Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He resides in Falmouth Maine with his wife Heidi and their three children.
Tricia Wischmann
Tricia has been with Topaz International for over twenty years, and has over 25 years experience in the travel industry, both corporate and leisure travel. During her years with Topaz she has had roles as an auditor, operations manager, operations director and most recently as the VP of Finance. She is also an owner of the company, and oversees all areas of finance and human resources for the company. She holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and she resides in Tualatin, Oregon with her husband Wayne and their beloved dog, Carthalopa.
